Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies

I don't know about you guys, but I love a good brownie; any time, any day, doesn't matter to this girl. Anyway, I follow lots of different food and wellness bloggers on insta and am constantly inundated with recipes and delicious looking food. I'm always thinking to myself, "wow I need to make that." But there's only so much time in a day, and many of the recipes that I'm "dying" to make, somehow end up in my saved posts and often never leave. These blondies however, are a very different story.
I've followed @dadaeats on instagram for as long as I can remember, and honestly if you don't follow her, you need to. Like ASAP. She has the most delicious food and honestly such a great, authentic personality. Okay, back to the blondies. Since I've been following her for so long, I'm constantly seeing her Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies everywhere. Like everywhere. It appeared that these blondies were making their way around instagram; everyone was making them. And for good reason. Finally, one day during my fourth period Gov. class, I broke down and decided I was going to go home and make the Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies I'd been DYING to make. So I did. And the rest is history.
I can truly say that these blondies are the best I've ever had; nothing compares. Nothing even comes close. They taste almost like a brownie combined with goey chocolate chip cookie dough; I've never eaten anything like them. And the best part is, they're vegan, gluten-free, AND, refined sugar free.
