Hi, I'm Rachel!
I'm passionate about creating delicious recipes which are not only easy to make, but are fun, unique, and contain only minimal ingredients. I believe that food is a powerful thing and it's important to cook and bake with ingredients which will fuel our bodies. All of my recipes are vegan, and most are gluten-free as well as free of any refined sugars. I personally aim to eat wholesome, delicious food that my body's craving.
Life is much too short not to eat that cookie from your favorite bakery or devour that delicious bowl of pasta you've been craving all week :))
Here at Clean Eats by Rach, you'll find recipes for everyone. Recipes which don't sacrifice flavor for health and ones which the whole family's bound to enjoy. And scattered in-between all of these recipes, I'm hoping to provide you all with some healthy-living inspiration, health and wellness tips and tricks, and just some real life talk; it's my goal to be as authentic as possible!
I am not in any way a certified nutritionist or RD; just a girl who loves food, creating recipes, and pursuing wellness. I hope the things I post here will give you just the inspiration you need!
Seriously, thank you for being here. I'm so happy to have you and hope that you find some yummy recipes to try, and maybe discover some wellness practices that you haven't tried out yet. I'm glad you're here!

Hey friends! If you're a fan of cooking, baking, and eating some good vegan food - you've come to the right place! Especially if you're a lover of simple, clean eats, made with delicious and quality ingredients.
I'm currently preparing to go into my freshman year of college, and have been a lover of health and wellness for a few years now. I'm that girl who spent all her time listening to health/wellness podcasts, inventing recipes, and reading every last article on mindbodygreen. That being said, I've done tons and tons of research and reading on different health and wellness practices; I hope some of the things I've learned will be able to help someone else as they navigate their relationship with food and their body.
