The BEST Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (GF)

Banana bread is a wonderful thing. It's incredibly versatile and can be eaten as a snack, dessert, breakfast, or lathered with peanut butter; it really satisfies my sweet tooth without leaving me feeling gross. If you're like me, you love banana bread, but don't want to eat it without a very generous amount of chocolate chips. Something about the combination of warm, melted chocolate and banana really hits the spot. This banana bread is not only absolutely delicious, but it's filling, made with good ingredients, vegan, and grain free. Need I say more? I didn't think so.
Now before I go on, I do have to say that this recipe isn't entirely my own. I took the Almond Flour Banana Bread recipe from @rachlmansfield's website and made a few modifications. I subbed in flax eggs, subbed a mix of tahini and wild friends peanut butter for the almond butter, and I added loads of chocolate chips.
So head over to her website as soon ASAP and start baking! I promise you won't regret it!! And, banana bread is a perfect food to keep in the freezer and heat up whenever you're in the mood. I cut mine into slices before individually wrapping and storing them in the freezer.
